EDUCATORS WORKSHOPS
INCORPORATING STORYACTING INTO YOUR CLASSROOM
Attention: Preschool Teachers, Pre-K teachers, Kindergarten Teachers.
Over the years I have been asked to share some of my Storyacting techniques with a variety of teachers, many from private centers, as well as public centers. In this workshop, I share what I have learned over the past twenty plus years working with kids and discovering how to use simple storytelling and guided play to get them excited about books.
I take a "hands-on" approach in these workshops and ask the participants to become the children so everyone can learn exactly how this system works. I custom design the workshop to address the needs of the center and focus on the ages of the children they serve. This workshop generally takes 2 hours to get through all of the material but I can extend it to up to 3 or even 4 upon request.
